The issue at hand is that most of the these companies do not build custom turbos, they simply sell a box with a turbo in it that was never meant to fit your particular application. Some companies sell cheap turbos intended for a mass produced OEM diesel application, these turbos have not been made with materials that can withstand the elevated temperatures in a gasoline burning, high performance engine.

����������� Time and time again we find advertisements from other turbo companies proclaiming their superiority; how they have the �best technology�, they make the �most power�, they have the �highest efficiency�, they�ll give you the �quickest spool-up� they �don�t use antiquated technology� or they are �the worlds biggest� OEM turbo manufacturer and as such they make superior products to us in the aftermarket. There is some truth to these claims; these companies are BIG, however, not one of these companies that can supply you a turbocharger and give you the most power, the highest efficiency, the best technology�and the quickest spool-up in one package.

We all know that when building an engine there are several different options. What people don�t understand is that each turbo is designed to fit a specific engine and use. Making 750HP with a 1.8L, 4 cylinder engine is possible, but it is not going to be very friendly for street use and it does not utilize the same turbo as your 180HP daily driver.
