Innovative Turbo Systems� announces the formation of a Steering Committee. �The Committee, consisting of industry veterans in the field of turbo machinery, will operate collectively and autonomously to provide guidance and leadership in strategic planning and operations of the company.

Innovative Turbo Systems have entered a new phase of product development engineering and expects significant assistance from the Steering Committee in the areas of manufacturing, quality control, distribution and economics. Innovative�s product planning includes the new patent pending Super Duplex� bearing system and a range of strategic products based on and around this technology.
Part of the planned activities include bringing Innovative Turbo Systems� quality control up to ISO 9000 standards. �Operating to this standard will bring improvements in existing products and ensure world-class future products�, says Ola Lysenstoen, VP of Sales and Marketing, �additionally, key customers demand this level of quality control and Innovative will not disappoint them.�
Management at Innovative Turbo Systems� expects the formation of the Steering Committee to have a near term positive impact on operations and to significantly increase their breadth of products. �Innovative Turbo has a significant technological lead compared to competitors in the automotive aftermarket, the Steering Committee will ensure that this lead is maintained and capitalized on.�

Bill Treece has more than 40 years experience with High Speed Turbo Machinery in Engineering, Design, Analysis, Operations, Program Management, and Senior Executive Management.
His education includes a BSME degree form Indiana Institute of Technology, Graduate work in Mechanical engineering at USC, Graduate work in Business Management at SDSU, the Penn State Executive Program and numerous other Executive Management training programs.
Among the prominent experiences in Bill�s long and successful carreer, he can list the following:
25 years in small Gas Turbines, APUs, GPUs, Microturbines, and UAV Propulsion Turbines with companies such as;� Sundstrand, Capstone, and Turbomach.
�� 8 years in Aircraft Propulsion Gas Turbines with General Electric and Allison.
�� 7 years in small/medium Industrial Gas Turbines with Solar Turbines Inc.
�� 3 years in Space and Under Sea Turbomachinery with Aerojet General.
�� 3 years in large Truck Design with International Trucks.

Mark Dillon has 26 years of turbocharger aftermarket experience in the automotive performance and commercial diesel sectors.� He has held sales and marketing management positions with Roto-Master, AiResearch / Garrett (Honeywell, Inc.) and Turbonetics, Inc.� He also has international experience in new product introductions, distribution enhancement, and collateral material development via his leadership and coordination with affiliates in the U.S., U.K., China, Japan, Korea, and Brazil.

His focus on marketing programs, sales attainment, product management, communications and technical support, distribution profitability and growth, brings a wealth of experience in his role as a member of our Steering Committee team.� Mark received a Bachelors degree from California State University at Northridge in 1977.

Kirt Sechooler received a Bachelors degree from UCLA in the late sixties. Upon graduation he entered the accounting profession and began studying for the CPA examination, becoming a Certified Public Account in 1973. In 1981 Kirt started his own firm. While working for a major client, he became involved with a start up company that was doing pioneer work in mirco turbine technology. While working there he meet a young engineer named Robert McKeirnan " Mac". The two established a professional relationship that has lasted over the years.

Kirt�s experience with "Mac" has helped him to develop a unique degree of understanding of both the business and technological aspects of turbo machinery. When approached to become a member of Innovative Turbo Systems' Steering Committee, his knowledge of this industry and its future, as well as his faith in Innovative's continuing and expanding success made him eager to accept the invitation.

Robert McKeirnan (Mac) received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1988.� Two years later he returned to college to pursue a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering.�
From 1985 thru 2004, engineering and management career paths entailed, but not limited too: the development of robotic and hard automated manufacturing cells, nuclear power plant instrumentation and test equipment, architectural engineering and structural design, the startup of privately owned engineering businesses, and embarked on an 11 year venture capital funded effort to develop micro gas turbine generators for commercial markets.� This in-depth career background has resulted in several patented technologies and a fostered entrepreneurial spirit.�

In early 2004, Mac viewed Innovative as an opportunity to take a start-up company and continue to build upon their Turbo Machinery Technology and to further expand upon their aftermarket lead.� In 2005, Mac became a co-owner in Innovative Turbo Systems.� Given the goal to advance Innovative�s technology, Mac identified the precondition of a Steering Committee that would consist of an empowered team of individuals to assist Innovative in the pursuit of their goal; World Class Leader in Turbo Machinery Technology.

Ola Lysenstoen grew up in Norway, where his early passion for vehicles lead to a pursuit of electronics and electro-mechanical systems. He received his education in electronics and his experience had a main focus on data network, cellular system / vehicle integration. He moved to the US in 1988 and worked in the aviation industry for 6 years. His passion for turbomachinery led him to Turbonetics, where he became sales manager; he accomplished significant revenue growth during his tenure there. He has proven to be a strategic thinker, utilizing entrepreneurial and technical skills to innovate and bring new products to market.

During 2000, he became instrumental in the start-up of Innovative Turbo Systems and has been an integral part of the growth and development of the company since. His roles and responsibilities have included Sales and Marketing, Finance and Strategy. In an effort to further Innovative�s already impressive technology, Ola brought Robert McKeirnan into the company to fill the role of Chief engineer.
Ola is Vice President of Sales and Marketing in addition to serving on the Board of Directors.
